Smooth Arc began in 2016 because the business owner saw an area
under the overhead doors that was completely unprotected by insulation
and set about to find a solution to stop the heat from exiting under the
door. With some research and input from local contractors, Smooth Arc
came up with the ideal solution. Allowing us to introduce to you the
Smooth Arc insulated door sill which is easy to install with no worries
about troweling in the angle for water run off.

• Sills are sprayed with closed cell foam so there will be no moisture saturation for heat loss, insulation value is a minimum of R10.

• 10mm rebar is standardly spaced 18” on center.

• No more broken concrete going into your garage.

• Based on $0.08 per kWh, there is a potential savings of $15 per month at -20º.

• Come standard with pipes with set screws for height adjustment for ease of installation.

• Available to be built using 1/8” Galvanized steel or in 1/8" Stainless steel
